We'll convene in Baltimore for three days of workshops, exhibiting, and hands-on activities. We want your organization involved!
Last year, MappdCon attracted over 3,000 pre-health viewers virtually, but this year, we want to meet everyone in person! We will convene in Baltimore and we want your organization involved!
We are also looking for speakers to sit on panels or lead interactive workshops, such as suturing, case-based learning and more. We will be inviting registered exhibitors to speak as opportunities arise.
The conference will run Friday through Sunday.
Our Health Professions Fair will run all day Saturday. Exhibitors who offer pipeline programs or direct entry programs (BS/MD, etc.) are welcome to stay on Sunday to table.
Every attendee will need to visit the MappdCon website to access the registration link. We can place your logo on our homepage as a sponsor so attendees can see your institution's image.
Between Mappd and MedSchoolHQ, your post will reach 50K+ followers. You design the posts' images and share the text, and we'll promote your organization through our very active social media channels.
Each attendee will receive a free t-shirt with institutions' logos along the back. Make sure your logo is there! In our experience, attendees wear their shirts for years! This will be a single-color print. Logos will range from 3-5 inches in size.
Help make lunch possible through this very personal sponsorship! Each lunch sponsor will be given a table for their representatives to mingle with attendees during lunch. Tables will be labeled with the organization's name/logo on a large sign. Lunch sponsors will be read aloud and thanked at the start of lunch. Lunch sponsors may give out gifts during lunch to attendees.
All 1,500 attendees will receive a printed program containing the conference schedule and list of exhibitors. Let your organization be seen through a half page (4x5), full color advertisement.
Attendees will be captivated by your organization's large logo or image spanning the windows in our conference area. Your images will remain for the three days of our conference.
Draw everyone's eyes to your organization by covering one of the hotel's large columns in our conference area. Your image will stay throughout our three day event.
Every week, thousands of pre-health students visit the Mappd YouTube Channel to access the advising team's videos. Your organization's image will be displayed for 8 weeks on the Mappd YouTube channel that currently has 4K+ subscribers. YouTube sponsors will also get a special shoutout during your 8 week period by Dr. Ryan Gray.

Attendees and hotel guests won't miss your organization's message when they travel via elevator throughout the conference hotel. Your image will remain for the three conference days.

Put your institution's image for all attendees (and hotel guests) to see when entering the conference and checking into the hotel. The banner size is 28” X 37’8”. Only one institution will be featured here throughout the three-day event.
Present a workshop of your choice. You name it, you present it, we publish it on our program. You'll be placed in a room with up to 30 attendees*. We cannot guarantee a full room.
There is one main escalator that most attendees will take to get to the conference. Cover this escalator in your organization's branding for the three day event.
Speak directly to our 1,000 of our college+ attendees at the opening of our event through a 3 minute video played immediately before our Keynote Speaker.
Each of our 1,500 attendees will receive a bag with three sponsor's logos on the outside and inserts on the inside. Make sure everyone sees your organization's logo by sponsoring our conference bags.
Attendees will share your organization's logo broadly as they take selfies in front of your photo booth, featuring the MappdCon logo alongside your logo. The photo booths will be set up in the main area where attendees will congregate throughout the duration of the event.
