Our goal here at Mappd is to demystify and democratize the premed and pre-health process. Which means, students shouldn’t have to search for information and should feel supported on their path. We created this conference with you in mind.

Stay With Us

We strongly recommend that attendees stay at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor, the location of our event. It's common for hotels in this area to cost $300-$500 per night, and we're excited to offer a special attendee rate of just $219 per night while spaces last!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring a guest?

All attendees will need a ticket. You are welcome to bring your partner, parent or friend, but they too will have to purchase a ticket to enter the conference. We ask that you not bring children to the event.

What is included with my registration fee?

Your registration fee includes an attendee bag, t-shirt, and access to all of the activities Friday through Sunday. Please note that several of Sunday’s activities require specific tickets, which can be selected when you register.

Do I have to stay for Sunday?

You do not have to stay for Sunday, although Sunday will feature our interactive workshops!

Will there be Gluten Free options at lunch?

Our lunch will have Gluten Free, vegan and vegetarian options.

What should I wear?

We highly recommend dressing in business casual or professional. This is a wonderful opportunity to interact with admissions representatives from the schools you might attend one day. Dress to impress!

Where do I park?

The Hilton has guest parking for $35 per day. Downtown Baltimore has many private lots and garages well as street parking. As with any city parking, it's wise to plan ahead. You can use tools such as Park Mobile or SpotHero to find and book parking.
